Research Areas:

Partial differential equations in fluid mechanics:

1. Cauchy problems: regularity and asymptotic behaviors of solutions in complex fluids;

2. Boundary layers: stability and transition to turbulence, separation and backflows;

3. Free boundary problems: evolution of free surfaces in one-phase and multi-phase fluids.
